Chronicles of Medical and Clinical Case Reports publishes clinically significant case-based literature across medicine, surgery and allied health sciences.

The journal considers cases that offer educational value, describe unusual clinical presentations, demonstrate diagnostic challenges, document rare complications, highlight novel treatment approaches or provide insights relevant to clinical practice.

Out of scope

Purely anecdotal reports without clinical learning value, duplicate publication of well-known cases without new insight, promotional content and manuscripts that cannot meet consent and privacy standards are generally not considered.
