Chronicles of Medical and Clinical Case Reports supports wide access to clinically useful case literature. Open-access articles are available to readers without subscription barriers, subject to the license shown on each published article.
Author rights
Authors retain copyright unless otherwise stated in the publication agreement. Creative Commons licenses specify how others may reuse the work. Authors should choose licensing options in consultation with co-authors and institutional requirements.
Default journal license
Current default setting: CC BY. Individual articles may display a different license on the article page.
Self-archiving
Institutional repositories and author personal pages may be permitted depending on license terms. Embargo periods, if any, are defined in journal policy and the author publication agreement.
