How to Submit
CMCCR uses an online submission system. The steps below describe the typical author journey from first draft to editorial screening.
Step 1
Prepare your manuscript
Structure the case according to journal guidelines. Prepare an abstract, keywords, figures, tables and declarations. Obtain patient consent documentation where required.
Step 2
Start online submission
Use the public submission form to record your title, abstract and contact details. You do not need an account to begin. Optional manuscript files may be uploaded if storage is configured.
Step 3
Create an author account
Register with the same email used at submission to access the full wizard, add co-authors, upload remaining files and complete ethics declarations.
Step 4
Complete the submission wizard
Provide author affiliations, suggested reviewers (if requested), cover letter, conflict-of-interest statements and file categories (manuscript, figures, supplements).
Step 5
Submit for editorial review
After validation, submit the manuscript to the editorial office. You will receive a submission reference number and confirmation email when configured.
Step 6
Track status online
Monitor technical screening, peer review, revision requests and production steps through the author dashboard.
Supported file types
Manuscripts are usually submitted as Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF. Figures may be submitted as JPEG, PNG or TIFF where configured. Supplementary material and compressed archives (ZIP) may be accepted within journal size limits. Executable files and unsafe extensions are blocked automatically.
After submission
The editorial office performs an initial scope and completeness check. Manuscripts may be returned for technical correction before peer review. Authors are notified of decisions and revision deadlines through the author portal.
